License to Carry Training
NRA Certified Instructor
For two decades, Chris Bird has been an instructor, licensed by the State of Texas, and has taught the Concealed Handgun License (CHL) course to many Texans. With the advent of open carry, the program is now called the License To Carry (LTC) course.
Bird is a qualified NRA instructor and he has also been an adjunct instructor at Tac Pro Shooting Center.

Chris Bird is available to speak at your event. He is a regular panelist at the annual Gun Rights Policy Conference. He has spoken to audiences at the Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Lone Star College – Montgomery Second Amendment Academy, the Houston Arms Collectors Association, and the Alamo Arms Collectors Association, among other venues.
